The environment
Immersed in a setting of peace and beauty, this two-room apartment completely renovated, together with the entire building, in 2022 in a modern chalet represents the perfect balance between nature and modernity (the Chalet is classified in the top Energy Class A4). The kitchen with local stone and wood finishes gives a unique character to the environment. A magnificent wooden mezzanine conveys warmth and authenticity, while the stone finishes tell of history and tradition. The dining room also has a splendid balcony with a suggestive view that allows you to admire the lake and the surrounding nature. Continuing beyond the balcony, a magnificent terrace opens up, bordering the rock. It allows you to enjoy excellent dinners and lunches in the open air. It is equipped with deckchairs to fully enjoy the sun and the fresh breeze that comes up from the lake during the day and comes down from the neighboring chestnut and rubine woods in the morning and evening. Inside the structure there is a storage room for sports equipment and if necessary you will also find the possibility of charging e-bikes. For your car there will be private parking to guarantee your safety, and for those who are more environmentally conscious there will also be a column to recharge your e-auto.
